We are on the hunt for actors and crew members for our next production; Under Milk Wood by Dylan Thomas. Experience is not necessary and everyone is welcome to put up a hand; there are over 60 characters in this play.
We look forward to collaborating with the (inevitably) large cast to bring the poetic words to life in a physical manner, and we’re seeking actors who are open to working together and experimenting.
The beauty of Under Milk Wood is that with so many characters, there are plenty of opportunities for actors of all ages, genders and experience. We will double up on a number of roles. Please note that some roles (such as First Voice and Second Voice) have numerous chunky lines to learn, while others have short lines scattered throughout the play. We will work together on various methods to make line-learning easier.
Please ask us for a Key Character List and Director’s Overview.
